Patient presented with congenitally missing lateral incisors and she went through orthodontic treatment to create space for her missing teeth. She had beautiful teeth, however she was just short a couple teeth. After braces she had enough room to place implants to help restore full function and esthetics. We utilized a surgical guide to help us place the implants in the ideal location, then we did tissue conditioning to give the teeth the perfect emergence profile. As you can see by the end result, we were able to accomplish an ideal esthetic result with perfect function.
